Privacy notice (waitlist)

What we collect
- Name, email address, the role you choose, and any optional note.
- A record of your consent: the exact consent wording you saw, the form version, the page you signed up on, the time (UTC), and any later unsubscribe and its date.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Why
To contact you about TYM's launch and the waitlist for the role you picked, and to understand who is interested. We only email you if you ticked the consent box. We won't send any waitlist email until a working unsubscribe link and our mailing address are in place; every message will identify Tymai and let you unsubscribe.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which may process data outside Canada, mainly in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities there. No payment data is collected on this site. If we later email you, we'll name our email provider here first. We don't sell your information.
How long
Until you ask us to remove it, or 24 months after the waitlist closes, whichever comes first. Consent and unsubscribe records are kept for 3 years after your last email from us, to prove compliance with anti-spam law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information and withdraw consent at any time. We respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to waitlist data is limited to the people running TYM.
